Greetings and Welcome!

his is no longer just a placeholder for text that I thought id probably never write! Good news! I have indeed written something relevant down below. So yeh....read it!.. or not, not is good too.

Check out my latest projects, past and present, Check out my blog for my highly opinionated opinions, projects, tips, trickts and general rantings (mostly IT related) :), check out my resume if you're interested in hiring, have a look at my links for my Facebook, G+, Windows Live, etc. etc.

You could also check out my Gallery, which is currently offline because of massive core dumps constantly being made which is now back online, and seems to be working quite well (see my blog entry for more info on that). It contains my entire wallpaper collection, mostly 1600 x 1200 i think; some are my own work, some are not. No I did not ask permission to repost any of them, but to be honest I have no idea where most came from anyways.Sorry if I've nicked your pic without permission.

Email me to have it removed, or just deal with it!deal with it

There are also now download and links sections.
Mostly the downloads at the moment are a mirror for Trance In Motion by DJ E.S. Mostly the Links section contains links to Piriform products (because theyre all free and AWESOME!)

Anyway, that's all for now,

Oh, and below here is a feed from my blog. You had better damn well enjoy it, since it took hours to figure out how to do it. Enjoy :D

Derryn.

This is not unusual for this particular shop – they’ve recently started a fairly persistent campaign to…

Perfomance Tyres for Subaru Liberty RX (Legacy)

Unusual I know, but since it’s been a while, and since I haven’t posted anything in quite a while – I thought I’d post something non-IT related: Tyres. Yep, those things we hate to spend money on, and those things that tend to need replacing when you least expect it.Normally, I wouldn’t bother posting about…

EZPad Platinum 830DC

A month or two ago I was going through my usual set of emails for online shopping catalogues and I came across a dual-core, 8-inch, HDMI, Android 4.1 for $99 + $8 shipping (http://www.dealsdirect.com.au). I have been interested in trying out some of these ‘cheap’ Chinese tablets after being VERY impressed with my SmartQ T15…

Windows 8 Release Preview

Considering Microsoft have now announced Windows 8 will be released in October, I figure it’s high time I actually try using Windows 8 as an everyday machine. To give it the best chance, I’ve put it on an SSD (only a 60GB OCZ Vertex Plus but it does the job) on my Dell XPS M1530…
